Terms of Service (EULA)

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the WoW-Tracker mobile application ("App") available for iOS and Android. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. End User License Agreement (EULA)

The developer grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App on mobile devices owned or controlled by you, strictly in accordance with these Terms and the applicable terms of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

2. Disclaimer of Affiliation with Blizzard Entertainment

Important Trademark Notice:
World of Warcraft®, Warcraft®, Battle.net®, and Blizzard Entertainment® are trademarks or registered trademarks of Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. in the United States and/or other countries. WoW-Tracker is an independent community utility and companion app. It is not created, affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Blizzard Entertainment. All game content, character class names, and race names are intellectual property of Blizzard Entertainment.

3. In-App Purchases (Remove Ads)

The App provides an optional, permanent in-app purchase ("Remove Ads") that permanently removes banner advertisements:

Billing: In-app purchases are billed and processed directly through your Apple App Store or Google Play account.
Restoring Purchases: If you reinstall WoW-Tracker or switch devices within the same ecosystem (iPhone to iPhone/iPad, or Samsung to Samsung/Googlebook), you can restore your purchase at any time using the "Restore Purchases" button in Settings at no additional charge.
Refunds: Refund requests are governed by and must be submitted directly through Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google Play support policies.

4. Acceptable Use and Restrictions

You agree not to:

Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the App (except where permitted by applicable law).
Use the App for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
Attempt to bypass or tamper with in-app purchase validation mechanisms.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive to maintain accurate reset timers, holiday dates, and expansion level caps, sometimes things change and as such, we do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely accurate relative to official World of Warcraft patches or server maintenance schedules. Always defer to the in-game calendar for the most accurate dates

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the developer of WoW-Tracker be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the App.

7. Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated by you or the developer. Your rights under these Terms will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term hereof. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies.
